It is entered <em>by selection only<\/em>. Only those who have completed <strong>THE WAY OF RETURN TORAH ACADEMY<\/strong> with excellence\u2014displaying mastery of Torah law, Hebrew understanding, righteous character, and leadership potential\u2014are invited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is where scholars become <strong>commanders<\/strong>, and where those who understand law are trained to <strong>enforce<\/strong> it with justice, order, and fear of \u05d9\u05b6\u05d4\u05b1\u05d5\u05b6\u05d4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Purpose of the Corps<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Officer Training Corps is designed to prepare <strong>commissioned officers<\/strong> who will govern, protect, instruct, and judge within the sovereign society of Yisra\u2019eyl and the allied nations under the Covenant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These officers are entrusted with oversight of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Societies and Tribal Divisions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Command Structures within the I.U.S.C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lawful Governance and Administration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Military, Judicial, and Civic Order<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spiritual and National Restoration of the House of Yisra\u2019eyl<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Curriculum Overview<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Graduates of THE WAY OF RETURN TORAH ACADEMY will enter advanced, rigorous instruction in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Civic &amp; Tribal Governance<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tribal structure and the distribution of authority<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Officer ranks, duties, and jurisdiction under Torah<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Applied Covenant Law<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enforcement of Torah law among citizens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dispute resolution, appeals, and restorative justice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Leadership, Ethics &amp; Judgment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Training in righteous rule, discipline, and the fear of \u05d9\u05b6\u05d4\u05b1\u05d5\u05b6\u05d4<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoiding partiality, corruption, and cowardice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Command Readiness &amp; Uniformed Service<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uniformed Service preparation via the I.U.S.C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emergency response, mobilization, and operational oversight<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Commissioning and Rank<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon completion, graduates of the OTC are awarded their <strong>commission<\/strong> and assigned officer rank based on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Performance during training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spiritual discernment and readiness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Departmental or regional need<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They are then placed into service within ZIA, I.U.S.C., or The United Monarchy of Yisra\u2019eyl depending on their lineage, calling, and appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who Should Aspire to This Path<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sons of Yisra\u2019eyl who are ready to stand as defenders and judges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Women of Yisra\u2019eyl being trained to serve in select executive and advisory roles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sojourners entrusted with authority in righteous alignment with the covenant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is not a career. This is <em>a commission<\/em>. It is not merely for the skilled, but for the <strong>obedient<\/strong>, the <strong>disciplined<\/strong>, the <strong>righteous<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Admission is by Selection Only<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are <strong>no public applications<\/strong>.
