It is a sovereign institution for those commissioned to uphold and enforce the Law of \u05d9\u05b6\u05d4\u05b1\u05d5\u05b6\u05d4 through righteous judgment, judicial rulership, and constitutional authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This academy shapes Judges, Lawgivers, Crown Advocates, and Legal Officers who will govern with justice, legislate with precision, and defend the Covenant with fearless integrity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mandate of the Academy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">JACLA exists to raise up a generation of legal minds and judicial rulers capable of executing justice in a restored, sovereign nation. Only those commissioned through recognized channels are admitted.
